Made a purchase online, and waited for more than 2 weeks for the shipping (still not shipped yet), they would claim to have shipped your pkg immediately to cash the money, but it is only shipping info sent to the carrier, and the carrier never gets the physical package. NEVER buy from this brand again.

I used to like the brand and I ordered a dress. The dress arrived in a very poor condition, they didn't even bother to fold it before sending it. Without trying it, I sent it back on May 15 and since then I have been waiting for my refund.
I have contacted customer service several times -emails and calls-, sent them proofs but nothing happened, no updates from them. Never ordering again, it's a waste of time and money.

I had mailed on your customer care service 4 days ago... but no reply from your side... i have made payment for a bag. I received mail for the payment... but order is not placed. How this is even possible. And when i open my account on ur website, they are not showing anything in my purchased section. But my payment is already done. Either rply to my mail. Do something about my matter... please its a request. Or please if you cant. Refund my amount bavk to my account..

I can only speak to the quality of the men's leather jacket I bought, and the service I received. I ordered a super sexy jacket and was eager to receive it. After a few days, I noticed the shipping details were not updating, I called customer service for Mango Canada. I always got through to someone who was able to help and give me as much info as they could. Once the jacket arrived, I realized it was too big, so I ordered the size down and packed this one up to return. The process for me to return it was dead easy. It took at least a few weeks from when I dropped it back at the post office to get a refund confirmation email, which seemed a bit long. The new jacket arrived quicker than the first, and it fit much better. I absolutely 100% love it and I know I will be wearing it for YEARS. Overall, I had a great experience.

Not only you wait for a long time for your order, it may also not show up at all. After numerous phone calls to the customer service, they finally refunded the order I never received. After a month and a half I get the order in the mail and then decided to keep it. Sure enough I get an email saying they either need me to send it back or pay for it. Fair enough. What is not fair is that even after taking the time to call them and try to make that payment over the phone they say you can not do it over the phone. You need to go to the bank and do this transaction and take a picture of it and send it to us. So here I'm given a whole set off new responsibilities for something I should not waste even another minute on. There are companies out there who go through the same problems with shipping/lost packages etc and they at least have enough customer service to not put you through anymore inconvenience and they just charge your card. This is ridiculous! NO MORE MANGO!

Regrettably I can't give less than 1 star.They shipped the wrong size, I sent them emails having back no response at all. Then I decided to ship back the items paying for the shipment and keeping on sending them emails. I have never received their feedback and my money has not been refunded.

Take the money & never return if u want to retun the product very poor brand...
Very bad responce from customer support

I feel like I have been robbed! Purchased the brown flowy top & bottom. Whole outfit went straight into the Garbage. Couldn't fit a doll head through the top opening, unfinished frayed hems, and all of this after waiting three weeks. How is this legal to sell this junk!

Like the goods they sell, customer service is horrible as well. I never get the respond, pardon me, I did but they did not answer my question. Just an email they send to everybody who asks anything. After 2 weeks I am still waiting for the refund.

Clothes were great quality but the postage was a pain.Happy for the most part though, thanks guys!

It is not a trusted shop !!!! I purchased from Mango Egypt online, and I approved an Egyptian amount, but then they deducted higher amount from my bank !!!!! And it has been two months and no one is replying. I returned the order since 2/2/2021, and they still didn’t refund me. They are not replying also for the refund. They steal people’s money Don’t ever buy from them !!!!

Never again. Jeez, is this company a mess. I was super excited when I heard of them, they seemed like a reliable company and what really drew me in is their free shipping return policy since buying things online and paying for returns if needed can add up. I liked how they had a similar model to Zara, well let me tell you, they run nowhere near as smoothly as Zara. I ended up needing to return a few things and thought, easy enough. I attached the prepaid label and sent it on its way. A month passed and still no update email..no exchanged received, no refund. So I began emailing mango customer service, kept getting generic responses like “the warehouse is in Spain so it might take awhile” “we’ll contact the shipping company for you and look into it” (shocking, they never did). Zara uses the same shipper and I’ve never ever had a problem...well, it went on 2 months and still no resolution. They don’t care about their customers and won’t make their wrong right. As a struggling student during covid the money I spent wasn’t something I could afford to just throw away. I ended up having to argue with my bank for a chargeback- something a customer shouldn’t have to do. As much as I like Mangos clothing, I’ll never shop here again. I’ll stick to Zara for similar items- usually at a cheaper price for the same quality anyways.

THE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT I WOULD GIVE THEM A CHANCE
